Engr. Peter Onyeri

Engr. Peter O. Onyeri is the Lead Consultant/Chief Executive Officer of ERL. A 1982 graduate of civil engineering from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, and holder of an MBA in Project Management Technology with specialization in Risk Management, he is a professional Safety Engineer with the Nigerian Institution of Safety Engineers and certified as a licensed Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute of the United States.
A product of the prestigious Lagos Business School in Nigeria, he has extensive trainings and experience in wide ranging areas spanning Engineering, Business Analysis and Strategy Implementation, Project Management, Safety, Crises Management and Business Continuity and brings to ERL over 35 years of a rare world class integrated skill-set from private and public sector settings.
He was recruited into the public sector as an airport civil engineer in 1987, with a private sector experience gained by working with Bouygues, a major French international construction company. In 2006, he was appointed the pioneer Corporate Safety Manager of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria from which position he anchored the development and implementation of several safety documentations for Organizational Safety Management System whilst also playing key roles in the major air accidents of the time in Nigeria. As Project Manager for the safety certification of Nigeria’s 22 Federal Airports, he trained many airport and airline professionals in Safety and advised on safety for many airport engineering projects. In 2010, he was invited by the World Airports Council International, Montreal Canada, to join the elite Safety & Standards Technical Committee of the global body that guides over 2000 airports across the world on safety and technical matters. He was a key member of the sub- committee on safety culture from which position he canvased a proper consideration of an African cultural experience in safety. He was later elected President of the body’s Africa Region from where he directed a more focused attention to his philosophy of a culture-centric safety management for Africa.
A widely travelled, hugely respected expert on safety, he was in 2011 invited by the Nigerian Air Force to introduce and embed organizational SMS into the service operations as a visiting Trainer /Consultant and was subsequently invited by the Air Force of the United States to act as Observer and Commentator on Emergency Response systems and operations in the United States. He has worked with several stakeholder groups and businesses to develop appropriate plans and implement responses to various crises and emergency scenarios. He retired from public service in 2015 as General Manager of Nigeria’s country wide Aviation Rescue & Firefighting Services and has lately been very active in private airports development projects, gas plants and storage facilities for the petroleum downstream and maritime industries.
A multi-award winner and consistent advocate of safety for business, he leads ERL with a team of other high level stakeholder experts, to deliver culture-centric safety management solutions, based on the new age organizational safety philosophy for business improvements in high-risk technology domains like airports, banks, construction, oil & gas, maritime and advanced manufacturing.
Engr. Olaseun Faluyi

Engr. Olaseun Faluyi is a Senior Consultant on Engineering and Technology for ERL. A bachelor’s degree holder and an MSc
in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos, in Lagos, Nigeria, an
MBA in Operations Management & Marketing and a graduate of the prestigious
Harvard Business School in the United States of America, Engr. Faluyi brings a
critical knowledge and experience base of over 30years to ERL. A professional
engineer registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in
Nigeria, he is the Vice President of the Nigerian Institution of Safety Engineers, Member of the Codes & Standards Committee of the Nigerian Society of Engineers. He is a Pipeline Engineer with experience in pipeline and facilities engineering, project and construction management for both offshore and onshore oil & gas facilities and has carried out projects for such organizations as Chevron, Total and Exxon Mobil. A member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, he is into training and capacity development and has managed development programs for executive leadership effectiveness, business strategy, transition planning, organization design, workforce change management, human performance management, business process improvement and organizational development. He consulted for such government and private sector organizations like the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, Shell Petroleum Development Company, Honeywell Group, JKK Computers amongst others. He has worked with the global management consulting firm of Accenture as Senior Manager for its Utilities Practice in Lagos Nigeria. He is also He has also consulted extensively for international companies involved in the unbundling and privatization of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria. A mentor, he is faculty member of FATE Foundation and the Tony Elumelu Foundation’s Program for Entrepreneurs in Africa. He is also a guest faculty member for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria’s Mandatory Continuing Professional Education Program.
Dr. Lambert Ofoegbu

Dr. Lambert Ofoegbu is a Senior Consultant on Organizational Leadership and Change for ERL.
A graduate of Town & Regional Planning, Master’s in Operations & Supply Chain
Management from the University of Liverpool, UK, MBA in Project Management
Technology, Doctorate in Management with focus in Organizational Leadership and
Change and with numerous other post graduate qualifications including local and international certifications, Dr. Ofoegbu is a ranked global scholar. He developed the theory of “Emotional Extent Effect”, (EEE), in human behavior, which he brings to ERL for deployment to high risk systems of interest to ERL for business improvements. A Life Alumnus of the upscale Pan Atlantic University, Lagos and a world class Project Management Professional, he is a co-developer of the Global Standard in the new age business model of the global Project Management Institute (PMI) called Organizational Project Management (OPM3), used for business and organizational transformations. He brings a knowledge and experience base of over 25years from leading and/or participating in such local and international projects as the 2Billion Naira Joint User Hydrant Installation Project for Jet A-1 aviation fuel storage and dispensing infrastructure at the Lagos Airport; the establishment of Enterprise Project Management Office for the Central Bank of Nigeria; the 700 million U.S. dollar Paris Club Debt Relief funded Monitoring & Evaluation Millennium Development Goal projects in South West Nigeria; Design and Implementation of lean-agile logistics operations innovations, strategic procurement management, purchasing strategies and inventory management for 15 companies across industries in aviation, oil &gas, healthcare, energy, utilities and real estate; implementation and evolution of high-impact strategies to target new business opportunities for 20 companies’ opportunities and new markets, amongst many others.
